DS-3 Vibration solid powder spiral feeder

Description:
Matching with DF-A to reduce dust, labor intensity and improve labor efficiency; the materials can be made by stainless steel and carbon steel, feeder orifice could be made into round or square discharge.
The product is mainly used for feeding granular powder, in food, chemicals, building materials, plastics and packaging industries to a certain height to meet the feed requirements of the equipment.
1. DS-3 vibrating spiral feeder can enhance a variety of powder materials. Bins and augers are made of stainless steel;
2. The vibration amplitude of feeding motor, vibration motor are adjustable respectively, the whole spiral line can be easily disassembled to clean.
3. Feed and stop automatically ;
4. Spiral and barrel and the hopper are connected flexibly, remove easily; there is flexible valve and reversing switch at the barrel lower end , easy to clean;
5. Feeding hight can be decided by the customer’s requirements and degree of workspace, it could move freely, feeding the material fast, safe and reliable.
6. Silo matching with the vibration motor, so that the material automatically enters spiral.
